  • Upscale & White Table Restaurants with exclusive cuisine prepared by professional staff.
  • Restaurants offering Classic, Ethnic or Specialty Cuisine
  • Catering incidental to the restaurant operation is covered
  • Preferred construction types are Fire Resistive, Modified Fire-Resistive, Masonry Non-Combustible and Non-Combustible.
  • Protection Class (PC) 1 – 6; Restaurant can be sprinklered /non sprinklered or equipped with monitored alarm systems
  • Occupancy will have a functional building age not exceeding 25 years
  • Restaurant must have adequate controls: UL 300 Compliant Kitchen Suppression System; Duct Cleaning Certification; Service Contract with a qualified grease inspecting & cleaning contractor.
