Coverages Available Include:

Workers Comp, General Liabilty, Property, Liquor Liability, Auto (Hired/Non-Owned), Crime, GKLL and Umbrella

Target Properties:

Limited Service & Business Class Hotels
Franchise or Non-Franchise Hotels
Properties under 25 years old (Unless completely remodeled)
Preferred Construction Types...Fire Resistive, Modified Fire Resistive, Masonry Non-Combustible and Non-Combustible. Frame and Joisted Masonry properties will be considered, but must be fully sprinklered.
Protection Class (PC) 1-6, Fully Sprinklered
Pool area must be fenced with self locking gate
Target loss ratio under 40% for any one year within the past 5 Years

Properties Not Eligible:

Exterior Guest Room Corridors
Destination Resorts & Hotel Casinos
Properties with water parks or pools with slides/diving boards
