Eligibility

The Next Wave Hotel Program is designed to target a wide range of motels and hotels that are well maintained, well managed and profitable. Minimum Eligibility Requirements are:

Fully Compliant with Life Safety Codes
Loss ratio under 40%
Protection Class 1-8; hydrant within 1000 feet
UL 300 compliant for all cooking areas
Effective age of building <25 years
Open year round
Proof of financial stability
No diving boards or slides
Non-hazardous recreational activities
Some coastal limitations apply
