Next Wave Hotel Program offers comprehensive and competitive package products to qualifying hotels and motels on either an admitted or surplus lines basis.  The Program is ideally suited for well-managed franchised and non-franchised hotels and motels with favorable loss experience.  All coverages are available as a package or individually.

Next Wave Hotel Program is available in all states and requires a minimum premium of $5,000. The program is underwritten by Next Wave Insurance Services on behalf of highly-rated insurance carriers.
