Jeffrey S. Ward, CEO
Mr. Ward is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Ward Group, LLC (TWG) & Next Wave Insurance Services, LLC.
The TWG holding company, owns a majority interest in a number of insurance related businesses, including Next Wave. Mr. Ward has over 30 years experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance and Alternative Risk marketplace. He founded and directed the expansion one of the largest claims management/TPA businesses in the country, Ward North America.
At Next Wave, Mr. Ward focuses on developing and marketing niche insurance programs and carrier appointments. He works closely with our management team, insurance carrier partners and distribution partners nationwide.
Edgar Salcedo, Vice President Underwriting
Edgar joined Next Wave in June 2005 overseeing all operations and administrative support associated with our commercial programs and wholesale accounts.
Edgar has a total of 18 years experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Next Wave, Mr. Salcedo served as a broker for one nation’s largest surplus lines brokers, Swett & Crawford Group and was responsible for a hospitality specific book of business. He also spent five years as a senior underwriter at GenRe in Los Angeles.
Arthur D. White, Vice President
Art joined our management team in 2011 to run a new full service commercial operation in New Jersey, following the merger of his wholesale brokerage firm R. Cardinal Insurance Services, Inc with Next Wave. He has over 20 years experience in the commercial property and casualty industry.
Art also has a strong accounting and sales background with a solid understanding of the key elements necessary to assist agents and brokers with providing comprehensive insurance coverage.
Clint Palaci , Underwriting Manager
Clint joined the firm in 2011 to help manage our commercial programs and wholesale operation. He has over 17 years experience undewriting all lines of commercial accounts for both regional and national carriers. He has been the lead underwriter on several industry specific programs
Clint also has experience producing and brokering for retail and wholesale agencies.
Donald Gould, Product Development/Marketing
Mr. Gould joined Next Wave in late 2005 to support our product development and marketing efforts. He brings over 40 years of property & casualty expertise in the area of underwriting, brokering and sales. He has also supported Next Wave's parent company, The Ward Group, LLC, on a number of acquisitions in the insurance, risk management and captive markets.
He began his career with a national insurance company, where he spent over 10 years managing several underwriting and production branches in Oregon and Washington.
